Enter Payment Method
Billing takes place on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is configured, Swoop Scoop will generate your invoice and send a receipt via email. These records are also accessible in the customer portal. If payment is not received before your first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule.

While customers don't need to be home during the service, we kindly request clear access to the cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs are left in the yard. Professional Yard Cleaning
Your expert pooper scooper will arrive and begin cleaning up all the dog waste. Ranger Scoopers team members are trained to follow a specific route to minimize the chance of missing any waste. Additionally, our team will walk your yard multiple times to ensure it is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Safety Measures
After your yard is completely dog poop-free, your Ranger Scoopers technician will capture and upload a photo of your securely closed gate to ensure no dogs can accidentally escape. Our team members will then disinfect all of their scooping equipment with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant, preventing the spread of germs and illness to other dogs and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Pet Waste Cleanup
Based on your location and local regulations, our pooper scooper will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can or dispose of it via our service truck with Waste Management. In areas where trash cans are unavailable, the waste will be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
